Ramadhan Reminder #3: The True Dignity of a Muslim Woman
If we look around us today, we will see that capitalist societies have viewed a woman's dignity and status based on what she has in her life. People think that those who are successful are those who are rich, powerful and beautiful.
Instead, Islam views one's dignity in terms of his/her taqwa. In general, the definition of Taqwa is implementing the commandments from Allah and avoiding everything which is prohibited.
A Muslim woman who is pious (has taqwa) is a true Muslim woman
